With over 18 years of experience in London real estate, Jamie has built a reputation for disciplined execution, strategic insight, and consistent outperformance. He began his career with leading property services firms, where he established and led a dedicated platform for professional investors, implementing investment strategies and managing large portfolios with notable success.

In 2017, he transitioned to the investment management side of the industry, launching a UK residential investment platform the following year. Under his leadership, the business grew to manage more than £250 million in assets within five years, partnering with private investors and institutions across the Far East.

In 2025, Jamie founded Manta Capital to align directly with investor capital, leveraging his team’s track record, expertise, and access to opportunities to deliver superior, risk-adjusted returns through a highly selective and rigorous approach to UK real estate investment.

Susan brings a global perspective to Manta Capital, with an international career spanning business consulting, management, and administration across Hong Kong, China, Australia, and the UK. Her experience includes leading organisations of over 150 employees and managing commercial properties with public-sector tenants. At Manta Capital, she oversees all financial operations and plays a key role in supporting the firm’s cross-border investment relationships and governance.

A highly accomplished and results-driven real estate development and construction professional, Tony possesses over 35 years of unparalleled experience overseeing complex, high-value construction and development projects with a combined worth exceeding £3 billion. His specialisation lies in strategic project advice and execution for luxury hotels, super-prime residential, retail, commercial, and workplace projects, particularly within the Central London market, and his extensive portfolio includes landmark buildings such as The Shard and The Savoy Hotel.

Leveraging deep technical, commercial, and strategic expertise, Tony adeptly guides projects from initial concept through to successful completion. He draws on a rich background that includes managing a large £400M pa construction group and representing clients throughout development works, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of project procurement and risk management across the full development lifecycle.

A solution-driven professional with an exceptional eye for detail, he communicates effectively across all disciplines and stakeholder levels, ensuring every project achieves its maximum potential. Tony holds several key professional qualifications, including Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Construction Manager, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Fellow of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers, and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He is also an ambassador for a Children’s Charity.

With over 20 years of experience in property management, Charmaine has built a career across both the UK and Asia. She began at a boutique London agency before holding senior roles at Chestertons and Savills UK. In 2006, she relocated to Hong Kong, where she became Head of Property Management at Habitat Property. Returning to the UK in 2019, Charmaine joined the team in 2022, where she now oversees operations, portfolio management, and the delivery of the firm’s investment strategies.

Tom holds a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Exeter and has experience across finance, forecasting, and operations. He began his career in the pharmaceutical industry before joining his family’s e-commerce business, where he managed financial performance and growth strategy. Since joining the team in 2022, Tom has been instrumental in financial reporting and process improvement, while continuing his professional development through the ACCA qualification.

Nathan brings over 40 years of experience in the acquisition, development, and promotion of UK residential real estate. He began his career as a Quantity Surveyor with Trafalgar House Group before focusing on high-value residential projects across prime London. Nathan later became a Partner at Rubicon Properties International in Hong Kong, promoting landmark UK developments to Far East and Middle Eastern investors, overseeing portfolios exceeding £550 million.

He went on to manage UK real estate investment for Pearl Pacific, launching the first serviced apartment hotel at Heathrow, and subsequently assisted in developing the XBond Deposit Bond for Zurich Bank. Since 2013, Nathan has overseen the legal acquisition of more than £350 million in UK real estate for international investors. At Manta Capital, he serves as Partner, bringing decades of market insight and transactional experience to the firm’s investment activities.
